Avoid increasing your bet size depending on how other players are playing or on past losses or wins, since these factors have no long-term effect on your odds of succeeding at blackjack. Stick within your bankroll and maintain consistent betting behavior for best results. Also, it would be wise to refrain from drinking alcohol while playing since this could compromise judgment and lead to costly playing mistakes.
